WHODUNIT PARTY is an AI-powered murder mystery party platform. You create a party, invite guests, guests answer questionnaires, and AI generates a complete mystery — characters, clues, and a reveal. These terms govern your use of the platform.
You need an account to create parties. Guests do not need accounts — they access the platform via invite links. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please use one account per person. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Parties are priced per party (not per guest) and processed by Stripe. Guests never pay. Hosts pay once to unlock AI generation and delivery tools for that party.
Refund policy: We do not offer refunds once story generation has begun. AI generation produces a unique digital product that cannot be undelivered. If generation fails and cannot be resolved on retry, contact us at support@whodunit.party and we will make it right.
Stories, character roles, and clues are generated by AI (OpenAI). Content is unique to your party. You may use generated content for your personal party — printing, distributing to guests, running on party night. You may not resell or redistribute generated content for commercial purposes.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free of errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected outputs. The content is entertainment for a social event — it is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice of any kind.
The WHODUNIT PARTY name, logo, and platform are ours. AI-generated party content is licensed to you for personal use only. You retain ownership of any original content you provide (your party name, custom descriptions, etc.).
Do not use the platform for illegal activity, harassment, or to generate content that targets, demeans, or harms real people. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — with or without notice, depending on severity.
WHODUNIT PARTY is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about uptime, AI content accuracy, or party outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected party.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
